A bag stacker conveyor is an inclined belt conveyor that carries sacks from floor level up to a stacking height of up to roughly 23 feet. Rough-top, chevron or cleated belts stop bags sliding back as the incline steepens.
Many stackers are mounted on wheels with a locking system, so one machine can build stacks in different parts of a godown, or load a truck or container directly. Hydraulic or manual height adjustment lets the discharge end rise as the stack grows.
